Continental breakfast poor at best.

The access is easy and parking is ample. Staff all seemed very friendly and helpful. Several decent dining establishments are located within a mile of the hotel. Room was generally clean and had a handy mini-fridge and microwave. Wireless internet was a plus. Another big plus is the hotel is located about 1 mile each from a very nice National Park and a state park. No swimming pool. Staff is very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable with kitchen microwave and fridge that was not extra in cost.

I do not think anyplace in this country should be like this one. I have illnesses which inhibit stairs and distance walking and it makes me very angry you do not disclose this on your site along with the hotel. ...read more

Location was perfect for me. Hotel was ok only there to sleep.

No complaint.

I had to be in Thurmont and this was the only place available in Thurmont. Next choice was 15 miles away.
